Sales reports and performance evaluations

We regularly send sales reports of the tour operators located in the USA and Canada for your review. These reports include sales forecasts, which are an invaluable tool to control the room occupancy and room availability of your business.

We have quarterly performance evaluations, monthly marketing reviews and daily operative communication as required. We ask all who have allotments with you, to provide sales forecast reports and any information needed to control their results.

Special promotions

Based on the results of our performance evaluations, we suggest special promotions for you. Once you approve those special promotions, we will develop and distribute them in optimal way.

Public relations

We offer assessment in the selection of a Public Relations company adequate to your needs. We coordinate public relations events for your company through the public relations company previously selected.

We allow you to use our extensive database of travel writers and travel magazines. If requested, we will write and submit travel articles to those writers and their media. Also, we coordinate trips of those travel writers to your properties if required.      to the top 

Familiarization trips

In Perfect Destinations we collaborate closely with Tour Operators and Tourism Offices, in developing and sending qualified travel agents on fam trips to your properties.

Financial management

If you request it, we act as a disbursing office; we receive, deposit and monitor payment transactions in an account opened specifically for these aims.

Sales and reservations staff training

We know well from experience that tour operators have a huge personnel rotational index. Being aware of that, we deliver permanent training programs to the sales and reservations staff of tour operators having contracts with you.
